Today for Math, we had to write down the recipe, ingredients and material needed to make the amazing Samoan dish, Pani Popo. I worked with my best friend, Soane Savieti on this because it is a big task and I needed help to do it. This was a difficult task to do but we go it done and I am happy I finished.
Samoan Language Week Recount
Today for writing, we had to write about the week and what we did. It was a very challenging task because we didn’t do that much and we had to put it into a paragraph. Although challenging, it was a very fun task and I hope you enjoy reading.
Tessellation Art
Today we had to draw a shape and turn it into art. We had to turn it into art by trying to find a way to connect it to the already drawn shape. It was really fun and hard at the same time.
Fun Run
Last week, we had a fun run where we had to run from Mission Bay to St Heliers. We had to run as fast as we could because it was a 2.4 mile run which was not easy. I was in the top 10 runners and we had to go last since we were the fastest. I did not place top 3 but it is alright because I am still proud of myself.
Matariki Work
Today we worked on our Matariki slides. We had to answer some comprehension questions about the story we read about each sister. Lastly, we had to match the Maori word with the English version of it. I worked with my friend Soane to complete these tasks.
Shape Making
Today in maths we had to make some shapes. The material we used were: Toothpicks and glue tac. It was really fun because we got to make different type of shapes.
Email Etiquette
Today we had to email the Maiakalani team and had to email them. We had to email them why our school is the best in the entire world. Here is what I wrote to them.
Commenting On Docs
Today we had to comment on a doc given to us. We had to highlight the blog then click the comment and comment of the blog. It was really easy to do because the task was short.
Blog Comment
Today we had to comment on somebody’s blog. I commented on my good friend Soanes blog. He wrote about lyrics he love and this is what I commented.
Google Meet Ready
Today for Cybersmart we did a ready for google task. We had to answer some questions about what to do when on google meet. Also we had to connect the right sentences to the right picture next to it.
